We emphasize the following values as an integral part of our daily activities such as lectures, conferences and excursions:


Innovation is the process of translating an idea or invention into a good or service that creates value or for which customers will pay. Key components of innovation are knowledge and readiness for change.

Creativity is the ability to transcend traditional ideas, rules, patterns, relationships and to create meaningful new ideas, forms, methods and interpretations. The key component of creativity is imagination.
Sustainability stands for the ability to continue a defined behavior indefinitely. In the context of society, according to the Brundtland Report of 1987, sustainability is development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. 
Openness is the readiness to notice, observe and take in useful attitudes and practices of others. Openness also includes transparency and free, unrestricted access to knowledge and information, as well as collaborative or cooperative management and decision-making.
